I immediately got the sense that I was in good hands readin McMoneagle is an expert who has had extensive training, and has practiced and researched RV very seriously for decades. What can I say? McMoneagle that he seeks to restrain others from having unrealistic expectations with regard to both their own capabilities as remote viewers as well as the potential of the phenomenon of remote viewing itself.
I haven’t been able to get very far into this one, and while in my opinion, this sort of technical approach to psychic ability is as likely to be successful as any other, it is definitely in opposition to my own intuitive methodology.
